A Burlington Northern Santa Fe frieight train heading north through downtown San Diego, just below Little Italy. The amount of rail traffic transiting through San Diego is far larger than you would expect. The local mass transit system, BNSF and AMTRAK all share a common rail corridor through the city. Shot with a tripod-mounted Nikon D50 and an 18-55 f.35 DX lens.
