Local Peruvian Cooking

A women grilling chicken over a wood fire just outside the train station in Aquas Calientes, Peru, at the base of Machu Picchu. This kind of cooking is not intended for the tourists. It's for local workers and their families.  Shot with a Nikon D7100 and a Tokina 165 f2.8 ATX DX lens.
