The storm, which arose quickly over Lake Michigan and hit with little warning, generated winds of up to 90 MPH and left over 100,000 people without power. I normally don't post other people's work.  However, my twenty-year old son showed me this video on Youtube several days ago and I've watched it at least three dozen times since then.  It's utterly insane.  Crank up you speakers loud when you watch it.

My son who thinks he's invincible wants to try it.  The bad news is that I do too.  My wife's reaction?  She thinks it's obvious that this guy isn't married.

Friday In The Morning

Friday at approximately 6 months old, makes himself comfortable. Friday is a service dog in training with the Canine Assistants Program in Alpharetta, GA USA. My wife is Friday's "foster parent" (I dislike that term, but can't come up with a better one.) We have Friday at our house at least a couple of days per week. Friday spends time with us learning how to be a good house guest and being exposed to situations like shopping, riding in a car, and interacting with people. These are all skills he'll have to reliably perform when he's matched with his recipient in about a year. Shot with a Nikon D5000 and a Nikon 18-55mm f3.5G lens.
