This is a view of Helton Creek, below the waterfalls. Helton Creek is located in the Chattahoochee National Forest, near Vogel State Park, in Union County, Georgia. This was originally shot on film and then converted to black & white. This photo appeared in Flickr Explore in January, 2008. This photo is part of a set I shot in the Treye Mountain National Wilderness and Brasstown Bald, in North Georgia. Shot with a tripod-mounted Nikon N80 (35mm), a Nikon 28-70 f3.5D lens and Fuji Superia Reala 100 film.
