A single sunflower bloom is illuminated by the afternoon sun streaming in through our kitchen window. Shot with a Nikon D90 and a Nikon 80-200mm f2.8D ED lens. I used the pop-up flash on the D90 to provide some "fill". The flower bloom would have appeared as a silhouette without the fill flash.
